Description :
- Provide administrative support to a team of regional Sales Representatives
- Prepare quotations and system evaluation agreements
- Liaise between Sales and various departments to coordinate questions, provide status updates, and ensure timely processing and turnaround of quotations
- Coordinate new sales initiatives / campaigns by researching, preparing and distributing data to Sales
- Coordinate updates to company database by maintaining project notes, and training staff on new applications
- Update and maintain contact data / information in database
- Coordinate customer visits at all stages of the process (incl. preparing agendas, confirming personnel availability, scheduling meetings, ordering / setting up / cleaning up food etc.)
- Log daily / weekly / monthly Sales activity
- Prepare reports and customer documentation (e.g. letters, manuals, commercial policies)
- Other duties as required
Qualifications :
- College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
- 0-1 year office administrative experience
- 0-1 year sales / service sector experience
