Description :

  • Provide administrative support to a team of regional Sales Representatives
  • Prepare quotations and system evaluation agreements
  • Liaise between Sales and various departments to coordinate questions, provide status updates, and ensure timely processing and turnaround of quotations
  • Coordinate new sales initiatives / campaigns by researching, preparing and distributing data to Sales
  • Coordinate updates to company database by maintaining project notes, and training staff on new applications
  • Update and maintain contact data / information in database
  • Coordinate customer visits at all stages of the process (incl. preparing agendas, confirming personnel availability, scheduling meetings, ordering / setting up / cleaning up food etc.)
  • Log daily / weekly / monthly Sales activity
  • Prepare reports and customer documentation (e.g. letters, manuals, commercial policies)
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications :

  • College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
  • 0-1 year office administrative experience
  • 0-1 year sales / service sector experience
