Senior Director Cybersecurity

A career as a Senior Director of Change Management and Cybersecurity Communications under the responsibility of the Senior Director, at National Bank means having a positive impact on our organization.

With your expertise in change management and coaching, you will support the Information Security sector in its evolution towards new operating models.

Your job

• Responsible for managing and developing a team of senior advisors who will be tasked with supporting change management for major evolution projects in the Enterprise Architecture and Information Security sector, in collaboration with colleagues from the Operations and Information Technology Alliance, Employee Experience, and various business lines;
• Establish and implement the change management and communication strategy for the National Bank Cybersecurity portfolio;
• Define, align, integrate, and pace change management across different areas (Cyber Strategies, talent strategy, cross-functional and / or technological initiatives) to form a coherent and paced whole;
• Identify changes generated by major strategic initiatives, bring the right level of understanding of what is changing, the impacts, and align the many stakeholders in execution;
• Support, coach, and equip change management sponsors of major cross-functional initiatives and partners to ensure a common framework is adopted and teams remain focused on the right priorities;
• Promote diversity and inclusion;

Your team

Within the Information Security Office sector, you are part of a team of about forty colleagues and report to the Senior Director.

Prerequisite

• Bachelor’s degree related to the field and ten (10) years of relevant experience - Experience in change management and communication;
• Experience in personnel management (mobilizing and collaborating);
• Ability to influence stakeholders - Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines;
• Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously and excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to provide documented and informed recommendations to the organization’s executives;
• Synthesis and leadership skills;
• Knowledge in Cybersecurity is an asset.
