We are looking for a full-time Client Service Specialist to join our incredible team!
What You’ll Do :
- Energetically greet and welcome clients into the studio
- Communicate with clients in person, over the phone and through email to schedule appointments and recommend product and services
- Be a knowledgeable resource of all Gee Beauty services and products to our clients
- Work with clients and service providers to reschedule appointments promptly
- Ensure schedule is optimized and fully booked
- Ensure client consent forms are completed
- Process payments and rebook services
- Assist service providers in preparing rooms and stations in-between clients
- Deliver professional, exceptional service
- Apply and sell Gee Beauty makeup through education and experience

Qualifications :
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail environment ( experience in beauty, skincare or hospitality preferred )2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with scheduling software and POS systems is an asset
- Fluent in English
