Capital Maintenance Program
Responsibilities :
Support the maintenance of the capital 10-year database. Review plan submission, assist in project reviews, risk assessment to maintain consistency across North American divisions.
Support building of power presentation and maintaining Power BI dashboard.
Support the risk ranking process across for maintenance capital projects
Perform variance analysis on actual vs budget / plan spends
Develop an understanding of processes and overall function of assigned business group
Attend internal and stakeholder meetings, where applicable
Assist in various ad hoc requests as required
Qualifications :
Must have completed at least one year of undergraduate studies
Interns must be able to commit to a 12-month work term starting September 3, 2024
Interns must be pursuing an undergraduate Engineering degree.
Previous work terms are considered an asset
Both formal and non-formal co-op students are eligible to apply
Interns must be able and willing to relocate themselves to Calgary for the duration of work term
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong analytical and organizational skills
Proven flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing business conditions
Excellent computer and communication skills.
The successful candidate must provide satisfactory references and complete a Criminal Background Check.
