Job Description :
A corporate sales representative promotes and sells products / services to customers on behalf of an organization. Someone in this role pitches products to potential customers, presents new ones to existing customers, maintains existing customer accounts, and ensures a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
Global Hire’s Corporate Sales Representative will be working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and will be responsible for bringing on new clients and employers seeking Immigration Consultancy and Foreign Worker Placement Services.
The representative will effectively sell to the customer’s requirements through the use of rapport building, probing for needs, and recommending a complete package of multiple lines of service, rate plans, features, and add-ons.
The Sales Rep will be responsible for growing the business in your territory by creating ongoing, positive relationships with your customers.
Requirements
Job Duties :
- Promote services & enable sales closures
- Market research for lead generation
- Timely follow through with all lead
- Maintain account records & detailed reporting
- Develop marketing plan for assigned territory
- Positive and productive contributor to sales goals
- Meet / Exceed performance targets
- Contract Negotiations & Invoice generation
Job Skills :
- Exceptional oral & written English Language skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bi-lingual / multi-lingual skills highly desired
- Experience & knowledge of social media platform
- 1-2 years’ experience in Sales / Customer Service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal & presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for fieldwork
- Accountability & Dependability
- University Degree - preferable
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
