Randstad Guelph is looking for a passionate Machine Operator who enjoys working with a Slitter Machine and picking up new skills! The ideal candidate has a background in machine operating, is able to perform mathematical calculations, and is comfortable working in a dusty environment.
This fast-growing company in the East end of Guelph is looking for a team of day shift Machine Operators for their fabrication shop.
The wage starts at $22 / hour but can increase to $26 / hour for experienced candidates.

Responsibilities
- Read work orders
- Setup and calibrate machinery
- Load machines
- Run the machine and make adjustments as needed
- inspect finished products
- Filling out required documentation
- Routine packaging
- Perform routine maintenance
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Previous experience on a Slitter Machine or similar machines is considered an asset
- Previous CNC experience
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Heavy lifting required
