About The Role
As Axiom Builders' approaches the end of the first phase of our 3-year HR technology roadmap, we are looking to bring on a Manager of HR Systems to lead, execute and deliver on phase two.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources for the duration of the contract, the ideal candidate will directly lead the implementation of recruiting and onboarding modules, and identify and make recommendations for further system enhancements, adding immense value to our HR systems platform, Dayforce.
As the HR team expands its scope within the organization, the Manager, HR Systems will play an important role in driving scalable and efficient process improvements and best practices, allowing us to better serve our HR customer base of + salaried and hourly employees with the support of the Technology, Finance and subject matter experts in the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead key projects to support our HR Technology Roadmap by researching, configuring, and testing new Dayforce modules and other HR systems, while keeping the user experience top of mind
- Provide comprehensive post-implementation support for Dayforce Workforce Management
- Manage external vendors and consultants as needed to drive accountability and ensure the effective and timely delivery of services and support
- Manage the ongoing maintenance of existing modules, including assessing system releases and promptly addressing system issues, errors, and updates
- Deliver insightful system-based analytics to HR, producing metrics and reports from HR data
- Coordinate and configure integrations between Dayforce and other business applications and platforms
- Elevate system functionality to ensure a seamless and user-friendly employee experience
- Responsible for ensuring best practices on security role creation and administration
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to HR System Analyst to foster their professional growth

Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of practical experience with HRIS systems implementation, configuration and support
- Proven expertise in project and change management
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR and Payroll processes and cyclical events
- Strong analytical skills pertaining to data, business processes, and system functionality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information
- Advanced Excel skills : specifically Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
- Working knowledge of change management fundamentals.
