Our client is a successful software development firm that is focused on service offerings to the vacation industry and is expanding rapidly.

We seek a junior to intermediate Network Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities :

  • Acting as 2nd level support and participating in the implementation of network changes involving firewalls, switches and routers.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and VPN issues.
  • Maintain and support DNS and DHCP.
  • Cisco networking troubleshooting.
  • Monitoring ticket systems to ensure prompt resolution of issues.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years in a Cisco environment working with switches, routers and firewalls.
  • Experience with MPLS, OSPF, BGP.
  • Excellent presentation, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong problem solving skills are needed.
  • Experience with Windows Server , VLANs, Wireshark, familiarity with VOIP phone systems.
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence and be able to travel as required (USA).
