What You’ll Do :
Manage and maintain our entire network platform, ensuring smooth operations
Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues with efficiency
Monitor active network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on equipment to avoid disruptions
Implement and maintain network security protocols to safeguard sensitive data
Administer VPNs, Fiber Optic Internet, and Site-to-Site VPNs, ensuring security and stability
Perform data backup and restoration procedures with precision
Document technical processes and create user-friendly guides
What You’ll Bring :
6-10 years of network / system administration experience
Strong knowledge of TCP / IP and data protocols
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
Exceptional troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
Experience with Athena EHR is a plus
