Our client in Vaudreuil is currently looking for a temporary administrative assistant and receptionist for their organization for a sick leave replacement.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and customers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
You may have some other tasks that are listed below.

Salary 22-25$ / hr
In Office
Sick leave until November 20th with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, new employees, suppliers, guests and candidates
Answer the telephone and screen calls
Be the first point of contact for all callers and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Receive and distribute mail
Manage conference room reservations
Control inventory and place orders for office supplies
Act as intermediary between Accounting and the Vice-President for invoice approval and signature
Collaborate in the billing process and manage petty cash
Provide quality control support for various projects
Support the sales team in the sampling process
Manage coffee machines and supplies
Manage uniforms in collaboration with our external supplier
Perform data entry for various departments
Participate in projects
Any other office tasks
Qualifications
Skills required :
1 to 3 years' experience in a similar position
Experience in human resources (an asset)
Customer-oriented and personable;
Oral and written bilingualism required (French and English)
Excellent command of the Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Sense of professionalism and discretion
