We are a leading company in the manufacturing industry. We are currently seeking a licensed Millwright to join our growing team.

Responsibilities :

  • Set up and operate various CNC machines and manual equipment to produce precision tools and dies
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements and dimensions
  • Inspect and measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines and manual equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and improve machining processes and techniques
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and company policies
  • Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities

Requirements :

  • Post-secondary education in Millwright, 443A preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Millwright
  • Strong understanding of programming, tooling, and machine setup
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, precise work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
