As the Territory Sales andBusiness Development representative you will be responsible fordriving new business sales. You will be expected to identifyprospects meet with prospects onsite at their locations andgenerate opportunities to quote on the business of prospects.
Youwill be expected to secure new business to exceed sales goals.Additionally you will drive growth within current customeraccounts.
You will work in coordination with the company smanagement team and customer service representatives and utilizethe company provided customer relationship management tool tomanage all salesrelated activities including opportunities customervisits andestimates.
Requirements :
Achieve annual new business salesgoals.
Achieve annualexisting / current customer salesgoals.
Identify strategic potentialnew business sales opportunities within the assigned territory andto introduce the company to these opportunities.
Utilize varioustools including personal knowledge networking and company marketingresources to generate new leads to drive salesgrowth.
Employ creative and freshtechniques to secure onsite meetings with new business decisionmakers.
Generate new business salesthrough onsite qualification of customer needs providing detailedproduct information and pricing estimates and communication of thecompany s value proposition.
Developmarketing and sales plans for new businessgrowth.
Develop generic and specificcustomer presentations and proposals for new business opportunitiesbuilding on existing presentations.
Actively participate in and lead when appropriate sales meetingsincluding sharing presentations success stories and challenges forthe learning development and shared success ofall.
Supply won / loss data withreasons for all estimates.
Troubleshoot problems regarding customer products and handlecomplaints if necessary.
Keepinformed of industry changes new products services and other itemsof interest to customers.
Representthe company at industry conferences and events asnecessary.
Travel as required todevelop new business opportunities within assignedterritory.
Must possess a home officeand a personally insured vehicle. Additional duties asrequired.
Requirements
EducationandExperience :
Atleast 5 years of Printed Packaging sales experience preferredconsistently demonstrating a track record of new and existingcustomer sales growth.
Any type of Packaging or related productssales will be considered.
- Validdrivers license with an acceptably clean motor vehicle record(MVR).
- Bachelors Degree preferredbut notrequired.

- Exceptionaloral written and interpersonal communicationskills.
- Demonstrated experience inselling techniques including securing face to face meetings withdecision makers debunking common sales objections and closingdeals.
- Proven ability to close salesand drive territory salesgrowth.
