Ourclient a prominent player in the insurance industry is seeking aFinance Manager Consolidated Reporting. This key position is anexcellent opportunity for an experienced finance professionallooking to advance their career in accounting and finance.

Thesuccessful candidate will be a vital part of the Corporate Financeteam supporting global accounting and reporting functions andmanaging financial consolidation and legal entity reportingprocesses underIFRS.

Whatis in it foryou :

Hourly salary of $48.

9monthcontract with the potential for permanentemployment.

Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.

Workschedule from 9 am to 5 pm with overtime as necessary duringquarter ends.

Hybrid work : 2 to 3office days per week.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the global legal entity accounting consolidation andreporting processes under IFRS working closely with finance teamsacross various global businessgroups.

Play a key role in theglobal consolidation process for subsidiaries in a multicurrencyenvironment ensuring accuracy on a monthly and quarterlybasis.

Maintain and support theSAP S / 4 HANA general ledger ensuring uptodate and accuraterecords.

Identify and leadprocess improvement initiatives collaborating with crossfunctionalteams to enhance operationalefficiencies.

Prepare and reviewinternal management reports including variance analysis and adhocfinancial requests.

Implement andmanage SOXcompliant controls for financial close and reportingprocesses.

Contribute to theaccounting of complex transactions evaluating their impact onfinancial reporting and organizationalperformance.

Support regulatoryfilings and assist external auditors during quarterly and annualaudits.

Coach and mentor juniorstaff fostering a highperformance teamenvironment.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

Bachelor s degree in Finance orAccounting.

CPA designation (CACMA CGA or equivalent).

4 yearsof relevant experience in public accounting or large multinationalorganizations preferably in the financial or insurancesector.

Strong knowledge offinancial accounting and reporting underIFRS.

Experience with SAP S / 4HANA(including Fiori and Analysis for Office) is preferred; knowledgeof Aptitude Accounting Hub isadvantageous.

Familiarity withfinancial reporting tools like Longview Tableau or Workiva wDesk isa plus.

Exceptionalproblemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to focus onboth detail and the biggerpicture.

Proven leadership skillswith the ability to manage conflicts drive change and influencestakeholders across a decentralizedorganization.

Strongcommunication skills capable of delivering clear concise resultsand recommendations.

Ability tolead projects manage competing priorities and drive operationalexcellence through technology (e.g.RPA).

Experience in mentoring andleading finance teams promoting continuousimprovement.

Enhanced ReliabilityClearance (ERC) isrequired.
