About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Brampton. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

This position offers a variety of tasks ranging from reception duties to administrative support, making it an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual.

The successful candidate will manage our main phone lines, respond to service requests, coordinate with vendors and building maintenance staff, and monitor the Office Services mailbox.

You will also provide administrative support to the management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the main phone lines for our group of companies, directing calls and handling inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Services team, including general office tasks and coordination.
  • Communicate open tasks and issues effectively to management and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate special events, meetings, training sessions, and catering as needed.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as required to support the team and office operations.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Bilingualism in English and Punjabi is an asset.
  • 3+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively.
  • Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in our Brampton office, with occasional after-hours support as needed.
