We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the inside sales team, including managing customer accounts, processing orders, and coordinating sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales coordination, customer service, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities :
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and timely processing of orders
- Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and tracking
- Provide support to the inside sales team, including preparing sales reports, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Leverage technology to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency
Requirements :
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
