We are looking for a talented individual
The Conservation Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for energy efficiency program promotion and opportunity identification within assigned commercial accounts.
In addition, the CAM will provide technical support and guidance through energy savings initiatives undertaken by key accounts, in order to achieve a Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) target.
Successful Candidates will be located within the Saskatchewan area.

Identify and develop energy-saving projects with key accounts and supply chain partners to meet CDM targets.
Build and execute strategic account plans, managing multi-level relationships.
Support CDM incentive applications, ensuring technical, economic, and eligibility requirements are met.
Achieve assigned energy savings targets.
Cultivate strategic relationships with industry associations and key influencers.
Identify and promote energy efficiency measures within assigned accounts.
Provide market intelligence and strategic insights.
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
Recommend new policies and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency.
Collaborate with Program Manager and other departments to improve operational efficiency.
Attend industry events and perform additional duties as needed.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have
5+ years in commercial energy efficiency.
Technical degree (3-4 years) or equivalent experience in energy efficiency.
Preferred designations : P.Eng, B.Eng, B.Sc., CEM, CET.
Based in / near Saskatoon or Regina, Saskatchewan.
Strong influence and negotiation skills.
Passionate advocate for energy efficiency, focused on technology solutions.
Proven record in achieving energy savings targets.
Excellent communication and customer service skills; effective with all management levels and external contacts.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Industrial service experience with a focus on growth and customer service; engineering services background preferred.
