Role Overview :

incorporate a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to drive the commercial expansion
and solidify the market presence. This role requires an exceptional ability to develop and
execute sales strategies, lead a team towards excellence, while maintaining strong
relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities :
Define and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Lead, inspire, and develop a sales team to promote a high-performance culture.
Drive the example by developing and closing strategic accounts and supervising the
RFP process
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, clients, and other
stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maximize growth
opportunities.
Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with
corporate goals and initiatives.
Rigorously track sales performance and report progress to the executive team.
Requirements :
Significant experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the mobility or renewable
energy sector, with a verifiable success history.
Excellent negotiation and high-level deal-closing ability.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to anticipate industry changes.
Experience in lead generation and customer journey tactics.
Strategic and tactical capacities to meet the growth and revenue targets.
Proven leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Proficiency in French and English, both verbal and written is a must.
Flexibility to travel across Canada and internationally as required.
