About the Role
As a Payroll Analyst specializing in Reporting & Analytics, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and delivery of payroll reports.
You will leverage your expertise in Power BI and metrics to provide insights that support business decisions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and effective communication of payroll-related metrics to stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain regular payroll reports, ad-hoc reports, and dashboards using Power BI.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate payroll reporting and metrics.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
- Train and assist team members in the use of reporting tools and the interpretation of payroll data.
- Stay current with the latest reporting tools, techniques, and regulatory requirements affecting payroll.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and reporting.
- Proficiency in Power BI and a strong understanding of payroll metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and databases.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Your preferred qualifications
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
- Experience in a global company
- Familiarity with GDPR and other global payroll compliance regulations.
