What you will do :
- Provide direction, training, coaching and leadership to branch employees.
- Responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch ensuring customer service levels are met in the absence or at the direction of the Branch Manager
- Cultivate and manage key business relationships within assigned territory.
- Plan and organize branch to fulfill sales, trading profit and company objectives.
- Create and maintain strategic alliances with vendors.
What will you bring :
- Product knowledge of the industrial industry is required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and build a successful team.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives within a highly competitive market.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs and AS400 is an asset.
