What you will do :

  • Provide direction, training, coaching and leadership to branch employees.
  • Responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch ensuring customer service levels are met in the absence or at the direction of the Branch Manager
  • Cultivate and manage key business relationships within assigned territory.
  • Plan and organize branch to fulfill sales, trading profit and company objectives.
  • Create and maintain strategic alliances with vendors.

What will you bring :

  • Product knowledge of the industrial industry is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and build a successful team.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives within a highly competitive market.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs and AS400 is an asset.
