We are seeking a multi-skilled, people-oriented and practical HR Manager, able to combine an operational focus with a strategic positioning.

Reporting to the Human Resources Leader, and working in synergy with your colleague from HR Program Development and your team, you will be called upon to continuously enhance the employee experience, and address the organization's evolving HR support needs.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to advise and assist people leaders;
  • Utilize effective, agile HR interventions adapted to the organization's needs and context;
  • Provide first-class talent acquisition strategies and services, tailored to Addenda's branding and market requirements;
  • Deploy HR solutions such as talent, performance and change management, to improve employee retention and engagement;
  • Ensure compliance with our commitments and with various labor laws, providing support and communications accordingly;
  • Foster a harmonious climate among employees, and play a key role in conflict management;
  • Provide development opportunities for your team, as well as appropriate feedback and coaching.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field;
  • CHRP designation (an asset);
  • Eight (8) to ten (10) years' experience in human resources, with previous experience as a human resources manager;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn and a HRIS;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English, enabling effective interactions with colleagues in Canada;
  • Available for occasional travel.
