TERRITORY MANAGER CENTRAL ONTARIO

We specialize in connecting craft beer, cider, RTD’s and spirits with Ontario’s leading liquor retailers through interesting stories grounded in quality, integrity, data and uniqueness.

We are actively recruiting for an enthusiastic and aggressive Territory Manager position for the CENTRAL ONTARIO AREA (Greater Toronto Area, Barrie and Muskoka) to oversee business development in our RETAIL accounts.

The option exists to grow ON PREMISE accounts as well.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS :

You are a natural hunter who is constantly looking for new business and seizing opportunities. You can persuade with confidence and enthusiasm.

You have a fun-loving, engaging personality along with authentic hustle, initiative, and a performance-driven mentality.

All hard-chargers are welcome to apply! is required and we encourage all proven professional salespeople to apply. You will be running your own territory so you need to be a self-starter who has a genuine inner drive, tremendous self initiative and a natural thirst for sales.

You must possess at least 3-5+ years of account selling and have the ability to understand and apply data analytics to create compelling selling stories.

Priority will be given to candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record in effective account selling, strong follow through, and tangible results.

A valid license and a reliable personal auto is required. You must live in the Greater Toronto Area and be willing to travel within Central Ontario.

EDUCATION : College / post secondary degree is highly desired. Intermediate (or higher) competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) is a must.

Experience with CRM software is desired. You must have the aptitude to quickly learn new software and actively utilize data.

OTHER : This is primarily a field sales role visiting our customers . You need to be comfortable driving daily and have a reliable vehicle.

You should be able to comfortably lift and transport a case of beer (about 25 pounds). You should be confident working independently, conducting personal in-store visits to meet with decision-makers and be able to seamlessly follow up by phone and email.

You should be adept with Excel and other digital tools including CRM software (which we will provide and train you) on your phone.

You need to be well-organized and capable of preparing brief call notes on accounts, summarizing results via sales reports, and utilizing sales analytics for persuasive selling.

You will be required to pass a background check.
