The impact you'll make :
As a key member of the Marketing Team, the Communications & Influencer Manager will play a crucial role in amplifying Saje's story, fostering genuine relationships with our audience, and managing engaging in-person activations.
All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje's culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.
What you'll do :
The Communications & Influencer Manager will enhance brand visibility through storytelling. You will build and maintain genuine relationships with our audience that maximize exposure, generate impressions, and ultimately build EMV.
With a keen insight into Saje's target consumers and the dynamic media landscape, you'll stay up to date with key influencers and media outlets that are meaningful to the brand.
You will own in-person activations, fostering deeper connections and loyalty among editors, influencers and our community.
- Collaborate closely with the Sr. Influencer Manager to nurture and expand Saje's vibrant VIP advocate community.
- Develop and implement a thriving organic influencer seeding program that boosts earned media value (EMV) and brings our brand to life.
- Lead the planning and execution of unforgettable influencer and media events in key markets, fostering relationships that deepen brand loyalty and create lasting connections.
- Drive our PR strategy for major marketing initiatives across North America, amplifying our brand campaigns and product launches to ensure they resonate with our audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and fitness editors and influencers in Canada.
- Proactively pitch engaging stories and follow up on editorial opportunities to secure consistent, positive coverage.
- Oversee our US agency team, ensuring smooth operations by managing budgets, tracking media placements, and monitoring coverage to keep us on track.
- Regularly manage, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure our initiatives are aligned with our goals.
- Execute inspiring in-person brand and consumer activations in collaboration with cross-functional teams, creating exciting, earned media opportunities that spotlight Saje.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for Saje Natural Wellness, ranging from one-time initiatives to long-term collaborations that align with our mission.
- Own Saje's partnerships from start to finish, facilitating regular meetings, and managing projects diligently to ensure success across all initiatives.
We'd love to hear from you if you hold :
- Substantial experience (4+ years) in Influencer & Partnerships Strategy in a B2C environment. An experience in the Wellness, Beauty, Sports, or Apparel industry is a must.
- Proven track record of managing and executing successful influencer events that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Strong understanding of the utilization of influencer campaign platforms (i.e., Grin, Aspire, Tribe, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of the PR and influencer landscape, with a keen awareness of trends and dynamics.
- Established network of key editors within the Canadian market.
- Impeccable organizational skills with a resilient and positive mindset.
- Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution
- A strong ability to work cross functionally with key stakeholders to understand how brand partnerships support the wider business context and objectives, and translate them into actionable tasks and takeaways
- Excellent negotiating skills and a strong commercial mindset, with a solid understanding of contract negotiations and the ability to effectively support contract deliverables.
- Strong sense of urgency : deadlines are met, communicate issues proactively, and action items with appropriate speed.
- Strong computer skills : a high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is essential.

The compensation range for this position is from $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and may?
vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
