You'll manage a team of accountants, handle month-end and year-end cycles, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead and mentor a team of 6 accounting professionalsOversee the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reportsManage month-end tasks like reviewing journal entries and accrualsEnsure compliance with IFRS and contribute to external auditsAssist with continuous improvement projects and systems implementationsWhat You Bring : CPA designation would be considered an assetBachelor's in Accounting would be considered an assetMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a large organizationStrong knowledge of IFRS and financial reportingLeadership experience with a focus on team developmentBilingual (English / French) and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeWhat next?
