J'interviens sur deux types de recrutement : temporaires et permanents dans la région du Grand Montréal.

Je suis à la recherche, pour mon client situé dans l'ouest de montreal, d'un superviseur de crédit. Il s'agit d'un contrat permanent de 37,5h.

Your responsibilities :

  • Supervision of a team of 8 employees; training, coaching, daily management to increase employee performance, performance evaluation, team motivation.
  • Supervision of the account opening process and management of the customer master file.
  • Management of legal files, lawyers, collection agencies, bankruptcies and complex cases.
  • Management, collection of major accounts and export sales.
  • Review and analysis of financial situation of new and existing customers.
  • Responsible for establishing credit limits and payment terms.
  • Supervises order release processes.
  • Oversees release processes and acts as substitute when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, policies and procedures.
  • All other related tasks and analyses related to team operation and collection work.

Your profile :

  • Approximately 10 years' professional experience as a credit supervisor or manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or other relevant training.
  • Diploma from the Credit Institute of Canada.
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent time and priority management skills.
  • Strong organizational, business and risk management skills.
  • Proven decision-making, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and analyze specialized legal and financial information.
  • Knowledge of business law, bankruptcy and legal mortgage laws.
  • Excellent team management, leadership and change management skills.
  • Ability to manage delicate situations and work under pressure.
  • Diplomacy, good judgment.
  • Bilingual (necessary for exchanges with teams from other Canadian provinces)
  • Available for business travel.
  • Knowledge of Get Paid collection software (an asset).
  • Experience working in the distribution or construction sector (an asset).
  • Experience in a large group (an asset).
  • Experience in a highly computerized environment (an asset).
