EBus is currently seeking part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team based out of our Kelowna Ticket Office.
Shifts include daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays and will consist of 56 hours over a two-week pay period.

Primary Responsibilities :
Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, make / confirm / change and cancel reservations, process payments, handle cash, assist passengers with our online booking process, greet passengers during check in process, assist with inquiries and luggage storage, safely embark and disembark coaches, provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties.
