Customer Service Representative

Our client, based in the lower mainland of Vancouver, provides unique printing solutions specializing in high-quality, customized products for businesses and organizations.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for the company, providing exceptional service to their clients.

You will handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure customers have a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers to help them make informed decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases and service.

Qualifications :

  • Marketing Certificate combined with additional education or training in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in either the printing industry, corporate gifts supply, or in a light manufacturing environment where multiple products are on offer.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
