Job Title : D365 QA Analyst

About the Role :
We are seeking a seasoned D365 QA Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience, specifically focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
This role involves utilizing automation testing, developing test plans, and crafting test cases and scripts that align with business requirements.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and collaborate within a cross-functional team are key.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute automation testing for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules to ensure system reliability and functionality.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts tailored to meet detailed business requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing cycles, promptly identifying issues and collaborating with developers for swift resolution.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements, aligning testing approaches to support project objectives.
- Document testing outcomes, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement in system quality.
- Actively participate in project planning and review sessions, offering expertise on testing strategies and system optimizations.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Analyst, with a concentration in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Strong background in automation testing, including experience setting up frameworks and working with various tools.
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on complex business requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, with a proven track record of effective team collaboration.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies and frameworks, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for clear documentation.
