Typical Responsibilities within Accounts Receivable :
- Full cycle Accounts Receivables
- Creating new client accounts and maintaining client files
- Reconcile payments and client accounts
- Identify delayed or declined payments
- Follow up and contact clients in regards to outstanding payments to ensure the aged debtor report is kept to a minimum
- Apply authorized deductions, adjusting entries & credit notes
- Respond and investigate to clients account receivable inquires
- Liaise with the sales team in regards to any outstanding balances and relevant client account updates
We have a variety of levels of temporary & contract Accounts Receivable positions ranging from Junior to Managerial, basic requirements we look for are :
- At least 1 years work experience within Accounts Receivable
- Availability to work immediately or at short notice
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to fast changing environments
- Enrollment in CCP designation is a bonus
