What youwill be doing :

• Consistently offerprofessional friendly and engagingservice
• Assist guests regarding all beverageand food menu items in an informative and helpfulway
• Serve all food and beverage itemsfor assigned banquet meetings
• Have fullknowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Havefull knowledge of all menu items garnishes contents and preparationmethods
• Follow outlet policies procedures andservice standards
• Follow all safety andsanitation policies when handling food andbeverage
• Other duties asassigned

Qualifications :

Yourexperience and skillsinclude :

• Previous frontof house customer service experience isrequired
• Must hold valid Serving It Rightcertification
• Previous point of sale systemexperience an asset
• Excellent communication andorganizational skills
• Fluent in both officiallanguages required
• Strong interpersonal andproblem solving abilities
• Highly responsible& reliable
• Ability to work well underpressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability tofocus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
• Ability to work cohesively with fellowcolleagues as a part of a team
• Ability to workflexible schedules (including evenings weekends andovernights)

PhysicalAspects of Position (include but are not limitedto) :

• Constantstanding and walking throughout shift
• Frequentlifting and carrying up to 30lbs
• Frequentkneeling pushing and pulling
• Occasionalascending or descending ladders stairs andramps
• Proven ability to carry three entreplates or more at onetime
