We are a fast growing organization, always looking for new members to our team. INVOKE provides the technology, implementation, and lifecycle expertise to solve business challenges through the lens of intelligent automation technologies like Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence.

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and support across various aspects of our business.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance, managing risks, and supporting our strategic objectives.

Legal activities related to operations :

  • Manage service contract templates;
  • Manage the production of all service contracts (provision / acquisition of services and products);
  • Manage the production of user license agreements (EULAs);
  • In the event of partnership, framework contract, partnership agreement, etc.
  • Prepare service contracts with customers, partners and suppliers;
  • Analyze, revise and manage service contracts proposed by customers and partners;
  • Manage legal communication with customers and partners;
  • Create and maintain a global database of contracts (follow-up);
  • Manage contract follow-up, reminders, renewals, extensions, etc;
  • Minimize all organizational risks and ensure compliance with business rules;
  • Advise senior management on risk and compliance strategy.

Legal activities related to internal needs :

  • Responsible for the company's labour legislation;
  • Advise on employment contract terms and review existing templates;
  • Conduct legal research;
  • Manage all activities related to the legal field, including business relations with employees, immigration activities, liability waiver, etc.

Requirements

  • Experience (minimum 3 years) in legal services in the service industry;
  • Bachelor's degree in law;
  • Established autonomy and leadership skills;
  • Excellent legal writing skills in English are required, with proficiency in French and Spanish being an asset.

  • Pragmatic individual with sound judgment ;
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
  • Comfortable with teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
