Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist at TechPOS in Vancouver, BC. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality customer support on a daily basis.

- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Analytical Skills and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Support
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of POS systems is an asset
- Previous experience in the cannabis industry is a plus
