Job Overview :

You will have complete sales responsibility for your territory, meet budgeted sales volume, dollars and profitability. Account managers are required to travel within their assigned geographical territory to accomplish those goals.

Using product and application knowledge gained from suppliers, the account manager is expected to create sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and providing a suitable solution.

Reporting Structure :

You will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Maintain existing customer sales, building diverse and solid relationships to increase our position within these customers.
  • Work closely with PM, CSR and Logistics to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and service.
  • Identify, target and acquire new customers within your sales territory.
  • Provide solutions to customers’ needs based on our broad range of product lines.
  • Provide technical assistance and personalized service to your customers.
  • Participate in events and trade shows specific to your product lines.
  • Support business unit campaigns to drive new account development and sales opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the CASE Coatings, Adhesive, Sealants, Elastomers (ingredients) with a proven track record.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in Plastics, Rubber and Composites with a proven track record.
  • University degree with preference for Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, other scientific discipline
  • Bilingual verbal and written.
  • Entrepreneurial & Competitive spirit for business growth
  • Superior problem-solving & negotiating skills
  • Able to work with autonomy - Well organized - Recognize priorities and manages accordingly
  • Proven ability to manage details on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office, Outlook, ERP and Internet
  • Is available to work outside business hours and to travel away from home

The successful candidate requires minimal supervision, is outgoing, builds relationships easily, is goal oriented, show strong organizational and time management skills and demonstrate internal team spirit

  • Entretenir les ventes des clients existants, en construisant des relations diversifiées et solides pour accroître notre position auprès de ces clients.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le PM, le CSR et la logistique pour assurer une entière satisfaction avec nos produits et services.
  • Identifier, cibler et acquérir de nouveaux clients sur votre territoire de vente.
  • Fournir des solutions aux besoins des clients en fonction de notre large gamme de lignes de produits.
  • Fournir une assistance technique et un service personnalisé à vos clients.
  • Participer à des événements et des salons professionnels spécifiques à vos gammes de produits.
  • Soutenir les campagnes des unités commerciales pour stimuler le développement de nouveaux comptes et les opportunités de vente.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ années d’expérience en vente dans le secteur CASE Coatings, Adhesive, Sealants, Elastomers (ingredients)
  • 5+ années d’expérience en vente dans le secteur du Plastique, Caoutchouc et composites
  • Diplôme universitaire avec préférence en génie chimique, chimie, autre discipline scientifique
  • Bilingue oral et écrit.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial et compétitif pour la croissance de l'entreprise
  • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en négociation
  • Capable de travailler de manière autonome - Bien organisé - Reconnaît les priorités et gère en conséquence
  • Capacité avérée à gérer les détails de plusieurs projets simultanément
  • Solides compétences informatiques, y compris une expérience de l'utilisation de MS Office, Outlook, ERP et Internet
  • Est disponible pour travailler en dehors des heures de bureau et pour voyager loin de chez lui

Le candidat retenu nécessite une supervision minimale, est extraverti, établit facilement des relations, est axé sur les objectifs, fait preuve de solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps et démontre un esprit d'équipe interne.
