Our client is seeking a skilled Learning & Development Specialist to work closely with stakeholders and business partners to develop learning solutions that meet both business objectives and learning needs.

In this role, you’ll be essential in promoting a culture of ongoing learning and growth. You will collaborate with leadership to identify learning needs, design and deliver impactful programs, and ensure that training initiatives are aligned with strategic business goals.
You’ll help shape meaningful learning experiences that empower employees and drive organizational success, while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify learning needs and align training with business strategies.
- Design and deliver interactive learning content (remote and in-person).
- Facilitate training sessions and provide follow-up coaching.
- Lead the development of LMS modules and ensure content is up-to-date.
- Implement content management and governance policies.
- Use data to evaluate and improve leadership development programs.
Qualifications :
- Diploma / degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in learning and development, with experience in instructional design and LMS platforms.
- Proficiency in eLearning tools and strong communication skills.
- Adaptability and problem-solving ability, with a focus on continuous improvement.
