Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly organized Purchasing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods, all while upholding company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and evaluate new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements, secure competitive pricing, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with suppliers, facilitating smooth communication and prompt issue resolution.
• Analyze procurement costs and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Conduct regular market testing of key procurement items and track cost savings and cost avoidance.
• Oversee the accuracy of invoicing and ensure proper entry of bills into the system.
• Ensure all purchased materials and services meet quality standards and align with specifications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Organize and maintain manuals, documentation, and historical purchase records for future reference.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to make well-informed purchasing decisions.

Qualifications :

• Exceptional multitasking abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based research tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and business principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with grocery operations or similar industries is advantageous.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling business and employee matters.
• Fluent in both written and oral Russian.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
