The initial job duties the Employee will be expected to perform will be the following :
- Set up machines and equipment
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Establish work schedules
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
- Train or arrange for training
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies; Prepare and submit reports.
- Research and development of welding and cutting machines and related equipment.
- Assembly of prototype machines, transformers, test, repair and troubleshooting
of welding and cutting machines.
EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION
Wage at the rate of $34 based on a 37.5 hours per week.
PLACE OF WORK
1-155 Drumlin Cir, Concord, ON L4K 3E7.
TIME OF WORK
Normal hours of work, including 2 / 15 min break (paid) and 30 min
lunch(unpaid), ("Normal Hours of Work") are as follows : 8 hours per day
