We are seeking a Production Assembler to become an integral part of our team! You will perform assembly line tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- It is an asset to have experience in a manufacturing or Assembling environment
- Complete assembly duties using hand tools, power tools or pneumatic tools as required, following work instructions, drawings and blueprints
- Working within an assembly team to yield efficient quality builds
- Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
- Inspect finished products for proper functioning
- Assisting Welders and other team members
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs
- Comply with all company safety and quality standards
- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
- Prepare finished products for shipment
- Read and interpret specifications and follow verbal instructions
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
- Own basic tools (Drill, grinder, wrench etc.)
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Must be able to stand
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
