The team at Van Dental located in Vancouver, BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working Certified Dental Assistant on a full -time basis for a maternity leave coverage, could turn into permanent position.

The ideal CDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment / instruments for patient arrival.

SCHEDULE : 32 hours per week

4 - 5 times a week

Tuesday to Friday

Temporary contract starts approximately April 1 for 18 months October 2026

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Level II

Registered or in process of registering with the :

BC College of Oral Health Professionals

We are also open to those licensed in other Canadian province(s)

1 year of experience is required

Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families

Customer service mindset
