Reporting do the Director, Technical Services, the mail clerk is responsable to produce requests from all stores across the network as well as working in collaboration with several departments within the organization for their various printing request that can be time is the essence.Our expectationsUnder the responsibility of the Enterprise Architecture Direction, the Supply Chain Architect is responsible for doing project and initiative discovery, designing architecture solutions and supporting the implementation during the realisation. He works in close collaboration with the supply chain portfolio leaders, supply chain product managers, project managers and the different IT teams involved in the realisation of the solution.Your roleDefine and maintain architecture solution by ensuring it conforms and respects the IT vision, established guiding principles and the sustainability of existing technologies, policies, standards, security.Produce and maintain architecture deliverablesmaintain project architecture documentationProduce, maintain entreprise architecture documentationLeverage architecture documentation standards and templatesCollaborate in documentation standards and templates evolutionParticipate to Architecture Review Board (ARB)Assists and contribute to architecture peer reviewsPresent architecture discovery and solution to Architecture Review BoardReview architecture presented to ARB and share recommendationsCollaborate in the evolution of the ARB processSupport supply chain leaders, product and project managers building new business case.Work on discovery solutions and scenario recommendationsParticipate in RFP / RFI process and document architecture recommendationsProvide high level solution effort estimatesWork closely with IT Leads to confirm estimates and solution feasibility.Support product, project managers and IT leads during the implementation phase and maintain architecture documentation accordingly.Estimate and update architecture efforts required for initiatives and projectsSupport leaders and product managers supply chain roadmap definition processDefine and align solution with the system modernization journeyWork closely with architecture team to ensure communication and holistic approachWork closely with product management to ensure initiatives are directly aligned with and contribute to the achievement of business objectivesWork closely with IT implementation teams to share and align architectureThe qualifications we are looking for
University degree in computer science (or equivalent).Ten (10) years of IT experience, 5 to 7 years as a solution architect.Have a sense of organization, service and concern for quality of resultsProblem-solving skillsStrong analytical and summarizing skills.Communication skills, ability to present to peers, technical leads and executive leader.Team player attitude and leadershipAbility to manage numerous priorities that may change quicklyAbility to learn new systems independently.Verbal and written bilingualism (French and English).Experience in retail and distribution, specifically in supply chain, buy and move product.Working Knowledge of micro service solutionWorking Knowledge of architecture frameworksWorking Knowledge of BY WMS, OTM, EDI Standards (an asset)Practical knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Office SuiteBy joining the RONA famly, you'll enjoy many benefits such as :
