About the Role - We are seeking a Project Manager with 5 years of experience in managing IT projects to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations of business applications infrastructure and integration projects. The ideal candidate must be a team player, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They should have a proven track record of managing complex projects, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to track milestone deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure project success.
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to support project objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams involved in the integration process.
- Monitor and report on project progress, status, and budget to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, information systems, or a related field.5 years of relevant business experience workin on technology transformation projects (ERP, Business..)Strong understanding of business processes, systems integration, and management methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and foster a collaborative team environment.Strong proficiency in English; bilingualism is an asset.Project management certification is an asset.Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.Experience using monday.com is highly desirable.Data Management and EDI experience are assets.Effective change agent between business stakeholders.
