Job description

I'm looking for an SAP analyst (particularly PP MM modules) for one of our customers, located near Longueuil. This is a permanent position, in hybrid mode. Salary varies according to experience ($100,000 to $120,000).Your missions will be :

  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and users in production planning and manufacturing, in order to foster the use and adoption of SAP.
  • Analyze and document business needs, including functional and technical requirements, information needs and business processes, facilitating information gathering workshops with various departments and business drivers.
  • Possess in-depth expertise of SAP's PP module, while understanding integration points with other SAP modules such as MM, FICO, and SD.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes or systems, proposing concrete solutions.
  • Recommend SAP business processes adapted to effectively meet the needs of different departments.
  • Develop proofs of concept to demonstrate functional solutions to key business partners.
  • Configure SAP PP module functionalities according to requirements, write functional specifications and prepare training documents.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to resolve issues and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Provide end-user support and SAP training on existing and new functionalities.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, industrial engineering, information systems or a degree in business administration with a specialization in information systems
  • One or more SAP certifications (specifically on the SAP PP module), an asset
  • Experience with the MM module, an asset
  • At least 3 years' experience in SAP module configuration and deployment
  • Experience in supply chain and logistics, an asset
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with a proven ability to successfully handle complex problems in the context of cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge and ability to use approved testing methodologies, processes and procedures
  • Ability to design and develop test plans (test objectives, test cases, test data, test scripts) for unit, integrated and acceptance testing to ensure that the solution meets business requirements
  • Ability to continuously learn new skills and improve existing skills in technologies and solutions such as SAP and others
