Acquise par Volex en 2022, Terminal & Cable TC inc. est un leader canadien dans la fabrication des harnais électriques qui sont intégrés aux tourelles et véhicules militaires. L’entreprise exploite une usine située à Carignan, comptant un peu plus d’une cinquantaine d’employés.

SOMMAIRE DU POSTE

Relevant du DG et de la VP RH Amérique du Nord groupe Volex, le partenaire d’affaires RH soutient les employés et les gestionnaires en assumant la gestion de divers volets RH (recrutement, relations de travail, SST, rémunération, avantages sociaux et communications internes), dans le but de maximiser l’expérience employé et de contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de l’organisation.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Participer aux rencontres hebdomadaires et définir les priorités RH selon le plan stratégique.
  • Assurer une veille des lois et des meilleures pratiques RH.
  • Contribuer aux initiatives de marque employeur pour l’attraction et la rétention des talents.
  • Gérer le recrutement, de l’affichage des postes à l’intégration des nouveaux employés.
  • Développer les compétences et la relève en planifiant les formations et en assurant leur suivi.
  • Soutenir les gestionnaires et superviseurs dans la gestion des employés et les relations de travail avec le syndicat.
  • Assurer l’application des conventions collectives et rédiger les mesures disciplinaires.
  • Gérer les relations de travail, incluant les renouvellements de conventions et les dossiers litigieux.
  • Collaborer à l’élaboration des budgets salariaux et aux stratégies de rémunération.
  • Participer à la gestion des assurances collectives, des régimes de retraite et du maintien de l’équité salariale.
  • Traiter la paie et assurer le suivi des avantages sociaux.
  • Gérer les dossiers d’employés et les KPIs RH.
  • Contribuer aux initiatives de santé et sécurité, gérer les dossiers d’invalidité et les enquêtes d’accidents.
  • Rédiger des communications internes et organiser des activités favorisant l’engagement.
  • Animer le comité de satisfaction des employés et promouvoir une culture interne saine.

Profil

  • Détenir un Baccalauréat en RH, relations industrielles ou expérience équivalent
  • Titre CRHA, un atout;
  • Posséder un minimum de 3 ans en RH (conseiller, généraliste ou rôle similaire), idéalement en milieu syndiqué;
  • Connaissance du droit du travail, SST, recrutement et intégration;
  • Expérience dans le traitement de la paie et des avantages sociaux;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et niveau intermédiaire en anglais (société mère anglophone);
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office;
  • Démontrer un bon sens de l’adaptabilité et une capacité à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution;
  • Capacité de prise de décision et habileté à imaginer des solutions simples et préventives;
  • Forte capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et de jugement;
  • Aptitude au travail d’équipe, autonomie, proactivité et rigueur;
  • Agir avec respect et bienveillance envers les employés, collègues et gestionnaires;
  • Posséder un intérêt marqué pour la mise en application des politiques et des procédures, le traitement de paie, la gestion des conflits et l’accompagnement en rôle-conseil;
  • Disponible pour travailler de façon régulière dans les bureaux de l’entreprise.
