  • 8+ years of experience in HR management. Experience in fast-growing start-ups is a big plus.
  • HR certification : CHRP is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff communication effectively and address conflicts positively.
  • Proficiency with the Workforce Now platform from ADP.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in an effective and professional manner.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive workplace culture. Work location policyHybrid.
