Through advocacy, professional education, and community-building initiatives, OTLA supports its members and strengthens the civil justice system and empowers its members to protect the rights of injured persons.
OTLA is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and impact. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for executing OTLA’s strategic plan, advancing its advocacy initiatives, and strengthening its value proposition to members. A key priority will be driving revenue growth and diversification by securing sustainable funding sources and enhancing OTLA’s long-term financial health. Additionally, the CEO will optimize operational efficiencies, implement best practices in association management, and strengthen the organization’s overall financial sustainability.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a strong background in non-profits, professional membership associations, or advocacy organizations. You have a demonstrated track record in revenue generation, fundraising, and securing diversified funding streams, as well as experience in operational leadership, financial management, and governance. You excel at strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and working with a Board of Directors to drive meaningful change. A deep commitment to access to justice and familiarity with the legal profession or civil litigation system is a strong asset.
