Are you seeking to advance your career with a renowned name in the fashion sector? Do you possess level A exceptional sewing skills coupled with a dedication to precision and excellence?
Adecco is currently seeking a seasoned, full-time Alterations Specialist for a permanent position with our client located in Fredericton, NB. In this role, your primary objective is to enhance customers' appearance and confidence by providing impeccable alterations in a timely manner, aligning with the company's commitment to delivering superior alterations.
- Pay rate : $20 - $25 per hour
- Location : Fredericton, NB
- Job type : Full time | Permanent
- Execute sewing production within specified timelines and in accordance with company standards.
- Continuously enhance skills in alterations techniques and impart knowledge to team members.
- Uphold and enhance production quality, ensuring minimal redo instances.
- Adhere to work schedules and promptly respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with company standards.
- Assist Fit Experts in the front room as needed.
- Refer customers to experts or sister stores if unable to assist.
- Initiate and implement necessary improvements to meet performance expectations.
- Report unsafe conditions, injuries, or accidents to Manager / HR.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada (students will not be considered).
- Sewing experience is mandatory
- Familiarity with Customer Service / Dry Cleaning Policy and Buy-Back Program.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on store hours.
- Willingness to learn and progress within the company's grading system.
- Strong focus on quality.
- Maintain composure and handle challenging situations calmly.
- Excellent team player with a willingness to mentor others.
- Physical demands include standing, lifting, bending for pinning needs, color differentiation, and focused concentration during sewing tasks.
