Job Description : Responsibilities :
- The Change Management Specialist will work across and within the established program governance and delivery work streams (i.e., clinical, technical / solution, integration, ancillary services, and 3rd party solution vendors) to support and lead various activities as directed.
- The Execute on and implement change management strategies, facilitating adoption of clinical processes and technologies.
- Coordinate and organize stakeholder engagement initiatives, meetings, and events.
- Act as liaison between different departments to ensure smooth collaboration and implementation of programs.
- Support the development and implementation of change management policies and procedures.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical and administrative workflow engagement efforts.
- Provide training and support to staff on engagement strategies and best practices.
- Collaborate with communications, education and training, and clinical standards teams to promote programs, initiatives, and engagement efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to stakeholder engagement activities.
- Monitor sector trends and best practices to continually improve engagement strategies in a clinical setting.
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding clinical and administrative engagement inquiries and concerns.
General Duties :
Has proven experience in Change Management and in the development of change management programs.Has proven experience in the development of training and communication plans.Has experience in the delivery of a Benefits Evaluation Strategy and Plan.Has experience facilitating workshops.Has experience in presenting to Senior Management levels.Identifies and assesses change impacts to the organization's business processes and technology solutions.Analyses and evaluates each alternative based on business and technical impact and cost / benefit considerations, and proposes, justifies, plans and costs the implementation of the selected alternative.Engages stakeholders in contributing to effective change.Develops and / or implements a change management process and tools.Plans, directs and controls the activities of the change management team within scheduled time and cost parameters.Supervision :
May work independently or under the general supervision of a Program Director.The Change Manager provides work leadership to business owners and reports project related changes to the Project Manager.Mandatory Requirements :
The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following combinations of education or certification and experience in the resource role.University Degree Or.Community College Diploma Or.Special Experience Equivalency in relevant fields.Worked as part of the transformation management office, change management team on large complex clinical information solutions or digital health projects 3+ years.Demonstrated experience in a change management role.Must demonstrate experience managing complex changes specifically in a hospital or clinical program setting, involving multiple direct project stakeholders.Experience must be from projects delivering change management strategies that were directly involved with enabling, ensuring adoption, and acceptance from health system users at the point of care. 10 YearsExcellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
