Location : 155 Wellington St W, Toronto (Hybrid – 2-3 days on-site per week)
Contract Duration : 12 months (with potential for extension)
Scheduled Hours : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (7.5 hours per day)

Position Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Change & Enablement to join our Business and Client Services (BCS) team within Capital Markets. In this leadership role, you will drive key employee enablement initiatives, oversee strategic communications, and manage the execution of our Employee Change Management strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with BCS senior leadership and key HR stakeholders to build and execute a comprehensive People Enablement plan.
