We are hiring Change Manager for one of our banking & financial services client in Toronto.Duration : 8 Months ContractLocation : Toronto, ON Canada(Hybrid working mode)Key Responsibilities
- Review and Assess Back Office Processes : o Evaluate existing processes to identify and document the impacts of the Visa Debit Modernization Project. o Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Change Management Coordination : o Assess and coordinate all change management activities with frontline teams to ensure smooth transitions. o Work with various stakeholders to develop and execute change management plans, including training and support materials. o Monitor and report on the progress of change management initiatives.
- Operations Journey Support : o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the creation of detailed operations journeys. o Identify potential operational challenges and develop strategies to address them. o Ensure alignment of operations journeys with overall project objectives.
- Communication Plan Assistance : o Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive communication plan for the Visa Modernization Project. o Create and distribute communication materials to stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging. o Gather feedback and adjust communication strategies as needed.Must Have Requirement : - 4+ years of experience in back-office operations, process improvement, and change management. - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.Nice to Have : - Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with Visa debit products, is highly desirable
