Job description

Notre filiale Lanau Bus est présentement à la recherche de conducteur(trice)s (occasionnels-sur appel) offrant le service de navettes aux employés et aux clients du Casino de Montréal , à partir des stationnements de l’établissement du Casino jusqu'à sa porte d'entrée principale.

Principales tâches :

Conduire un autobus en respectant les horaires des circuits prévus par le client ;
Conduire en toute sécurité les usagers du transport urbain ;
Respecter les lois et la réglementation concernant le transport routier ;
Effectuer la Ronde de sécurité (RDS) de l’autobus utilisé ;
Servir efficacement la clientèle du Casino (employés et clients) et comprendre ses besoins ;
Rapporter toute défectuosité mécanique au service de la répartition.

Exigences du poste

Posséder un permis de conduire de classe 2, mention F ;

Avoir un excellent dossier de conduite ;

Approche orientée vers le client – désir naturel de servir le client ;

Courtoisie, politesse, ponctualité et entregent ;

Sens de l’orientation ;

Très bonne connaissance de la Loi 430 et du dossier PECVL ;

Adhérer aux 3 valeurs de l’entreprise (On imagine, On a à cœur, On s’engage).

Type de poste

Poste occasionnel sur appel ;

Horaire variable principalement de soir et fin de semaine durant les périodes achalandées du Casino de Montréal et selon les besoins opérationnels : incluant les jours fériés et lors d’événements spéciaux ;

Prime de nuit en semaine de 1,00$ de l’heure : Lundi, Mardi, Mercredi, Jeudi 11pm-7am

Prime de nuit la fin de semaine de nuit de 5,00$ de l’heure : Vendredi, Samedi, Dimanche 11pm-7am

Taux horaire à l’embauche de (22,00 / 23,50 / 25$) de l’heure, selon expérience ; Pour un salaire pouvant atteindre jusqu’à 30,00$ de l’heure dès votre embauche.
